Which columns are needed
- full_name – required
- visit_from and visit_to – required, as
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM. For a networking event, leave both blank to use the event’s times. - host_email – the employee they are visiting, matched against their work email
- visit_reason – interview, business, cooperation or other
- company, mobile, vehicle_reg – optional
- email – optional, but without it the visitor is not sent their code, QR code or checklist
- notes – optional: anything Technical Services should know. Each note is emailed to them.
- lunch –
yesif lunch is needed. The visitor is asked about allergies and dietary requirements, and reminded the morning before. - event – optional: the name of an upcoming networking event, as it appears on the Events page
Dates are read day first, so 03/04/2026 means 3 April. YYYY-MM-DD also works if your spreadsheet writes that.
If any row cannot be read, nothing is imported at all. That way you never have to work out which half of a file went in.
